The community is useful when people feel safe to ask. The rules are few and we apply them consistently.
Criticise ideas, not people. No insults, harassment, discrimination or vulgar language.
Do not post phone numbers, e-mail addresses, home addresses or ID data, yours or anyone else's. Do not name private people in connection with accusations.
Do not promote services, courses or affiliate links. Honest recommendations are welcome when they answer the question.
No job offer asks the candidate for money. Offers that ask for fees, payments or moving the chat to paid channels are removed and reported.
Say what you know for sure and what is opinion. Salary numbers are welcome, with the city and level they refer to.
New posts go through an automatic check for spam, scams, personal data and toxic language. Anything that looks problematic goes to a moderator. Posts that break the rules are removed, and accounts that keep breaking them can be suspended temporarily or permanently.
You can delete your own posts at any time. If you delete your account, your posts stay without your name. Reports are anonymous for the author of the reported post.
