Job market

The skills employers ask for now

Skills that appear more, or less, often in job ads in Romania, month by month.

The first data is coming soon

Trends appear once we have enough job ads for at least one month. Meanwhile, see reported salaries.

Source: job ads published on CareerLab and from partner feeds, with skills extracted and linked to the European ESCO classification.
Rising and falling compare the number of ads asking for a skill with the same month last year and with the previous month.
Only skills with at least 5 ads in the month are ranked, so small swings are not exaggerated.
Data is recalculated on the first day of each month for the previous month.
Ads do not cover the whole market: some jobs are never posted online and some ads list skills too broadly. Use trends as a signal, not a rule.
